Iwaki America pumps are ideal for scrubbing air, gas and fumes from industrial processes to ensure environmental compliance and protect air quality. These scrubbers contain media or solutions that effectively capture and neutralize pollutants.

The contaminated gases are circulated through the scrubbers, and pumps recirculate the scrubbing fluid to ensure proper contact with the fumes. This allows for the removal of harmful substances such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, volatile organic compounds and other pollutants. After the scrubbing process, pumps may also be employed to transport the liquid-gas mixture to filtration or separation devices. These devices remove solid or liquid particles from the scrubbing liquid, allowing for its reuse or safe disposal.
