Direct Drive Pumps

Iwaki America has developed a line of direct drive pumps that are unmatched for size, efficiency and performance. Integrating the motor and pump end into one assembly eliminates any concern about motor bearing life. Our expertise in hydraulic design enables Iwaki America to offer OEM system designers the flexibility of a DC powered design with advanced hydraulics.

Metering Pumps

Iwaki America’s metering pump line incorporates a broader range of pump technologies than any other manufacturer. Our pumps utilize high precision designs such as rotary displacement, electromagnetic driven diaphragm, and bellows with AC or DC drive capabilities. Iwaki America can provide our OEM partners with precision metering pump options with capabilities from 0.01 to 1600 ml/min and up to 100 PSI. Our pumps provide long lasting, reliable and repeatable performance over the life of the pump, in many cases virtually eliminating the need to recalibrate the system, as is common with other technologies.

Air/Liquid Pumps

APN designs offer maximum application flexibility, with the option of using the suction side as a vacuum pump, or the discharge side as a compressor.

All APN Air Pump models are available as standard single or two head designs for series or parallel operation. With a broad selection of sizes and material options, APN can be applied in a variety of gas handling applications.

Our APN-W series electric driven diaphragm pumps are designed to handle both air and liquid applications and their compact design make them ideally suited for simple system integration. Our unique diaphragm and valve design addresses the challenges of both wet and dry applications. Positive seating valves with an integrated flush groove in the valve seat give the Iwaki APN-W pumps the ability to handle debris and still maintain performance and priming capability. These features along with our reinforced diaphragm and mechanical reinforcements make this compact, lightweight and versatile APN-W the best choice in critical applications.
